Prior to joining COS in 2020, Jennifer was Deputy Director, Patient Analytics at the Terasaki Research Institute. She spent much of her career as a statistical analyst with Dr. David Cella’s research teams at the Center for Outcomes Research and Education and at Northwestern University where she was involved in development, validation, and application of measures within the FACIT, PROMIS, and NIH Toolbox systems. Jennifer’s experience covers many clinical areas including metastatic renal cell carcinoma, neuroendocrine tumor, pediatric brain tumor, and other advanced cancers, as well as urogynecology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, and dermatology.

Jennifer has co-authored more than 180 peer-reviewed papers and provides statistical reviews for many international journals including the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Quality of Life Research. Her current areas of interest include study design and analytic issues related to missing data, heterogeneous longitudinal trajectories, and single-item measures of symptoms and side effects.

Jennifer holds a BS in Biology and Mathematics from Missouri State University, a MS in Biostatistics from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and completed doctoral coursework in Biostatistics at University of Illinois – Chicago.
