Prior to joining COS, Karen has worked for over 16 years within operations and office management, including Human Resources, HRIS systems, benefits administration, facilities management and project management.

Karen is a graduate from Western Illinois University where she earned her Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management. She is involved with her community and volunteers at her church.
