Prior to joining COS, Jason spent 5 years in Staffordshire University’s Centre for Sport, Health and Exercise Research working on different research projects focusing on topics such as mental health, exercise and psychological responses.

Since joining COS Jason has worked in many therapeutic areas utilising his expertise to aid study design, conducting and reporting of literature reviews and qualitative research. In addition, Jason has assisted in the evaluation, development, and validation of patient reported outcome measures. Jason has completed a PhD in health psychology focusing on these effects of exercise on mood and self-esteem in a clinical mental health population. In addition, Jason holds a BSc in psychology & criminology and an MSc in health psychology.
